The only constant in life is change. We all experience changes in life and sometimes help is needed to navigate the changes. As we move through novel or challenging situations we may experience uncertainty, sadness, fear, excitement, or other emotions. We may face decisions for ourselves or others that feel overwhelming. We may simply need someone who is not attached to the situation to listen as we sort through options. During times of change counseling is often sought to support successful adjustment.
