Sessions range between 45 and 60 minutes. Appointments, including therapy session times are agreed upon in advance.
Fees are to be paid in full at the end of each session unless there is prior agreement on another arrangement. The agreed upon fee for our sessions is according to insurance contract or self-pay fee.
Psychotherapy up to 45 minutes $200
Psychotherapy up to 60 minutes $250
Per the No Surprises Act, written Good Faith Estimates will be provided to clients who:
- are uninsured
- use out-of-network benefits
- self-pay
Occasionally an extension beyond a scheduled session may be necessary and/or beneficial, rather than stop or postpone work on a particular issue. Extensions lasting more than 10 extra minutes will be charged on a prorated basis.
There is an $80 cancellation fee for no-shows and appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
In addition to regularly scheduled appointments, the same fee is charged on a prorated basis (in 15-minute intervals), for other professional services such as: report writing, preparation of treatment summaries, telephone conversations which are longer than 10 minutes, attendance at meetings or any other service requested. There is a separate fee agreement for participation in client legal proceedings.
